Dan
Gaumond is a 1969 graduate of the University of Notre
Dame and is a 34-year veteran of the insurance industry. He has
been an agency principal since 1976. He obtained his CIC
designation in 1991 and recently completed three parts of the
CRM curriculum. Dan is active in the West Suburban Exchange
Club, which raises money to help prevent child abuse and is a
past president of the club. He is an active Notre Dame Alumni
club member and is involved in a number of charitable
fundraisers. He is also involved in St John Vianney parish in
Brookfield.

Tom
Gaumond is a 1994 Marquette University High School
graduate, a 1998 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and
has worked in insurance since 2000. He is a member of the
Downtown Exchange Club and is currently serving as the
president. Tom is also an active member of the Notre Dame Alumni
club serving as prseident elect. Tom was originally licensed for
P&C insurance while still a senior in high school in order to
help Dan with the purchase of an insurance agency over his
summer break. He came back to insurance in 2000 with the
creation of Redwood Insurance Center, where he served as a
customer service representative prior to becoming an agent and
turning his focus to commercial insurance. Tom attend the Best
Practices program offered by the Independant Insurance Agents of
Wisconsin in 2005 and has started to work on his Certified
Insurance Counsler designation.

Sally
Hanke joined Prosurance Group in 1997. She received her
CISR designation in 1999 and, prior to the Redwood Insurance
merger, was running the personal lines business for Prosurance
Group. She now joins G2 Insurance Services as a customer service
representative and office manager. She has received her
Certified Insurance Counsler designation in 2008. Sally is
dedicated to providing customers with the high level of service
for which G2 Insurance will be known and currently handles the
commercial lines processing.

Kay
Kirchner joined G2 Insurance in 2006 with over 8 years
of experience in personal lines insurance. Starting out her
career in Northern Illinois and then moving east to Pennsylvania
before coming to Wisconsin. Kay enjoys working with clients on
their personal lines policy and always strives to provide the
best customer service. Kay will also be expanding her knowledge
of commercial lines insurance through numerous continuing
education classes.

Michelle
Henne joined G2 Insurance Services in 2008 as part of
the personal lines customer service support team. She is a
native of the area and comes to us with many years of customer
service experience. Michelle is friendly, professional, detail
orientated and reliable. She strives to provide the best service
possible for our clients and is attending classes to continue to
increase her knowledge base in order to benefit our customers.

Carol
Willick is a 1986 graduate of Lawrence University and
has worked in insurance her entire career. Starting with Wausau
Insurance Companies in 1986 as an Employee Benefits Consultant,
Carol then went on to sell Property & Casuality insurance to the
private and public sectors. She gained additional experience
with larger commercial accounts while employed by AON Risk
Services from 1995-1998. Since 2001, Carol has worked on the
agency side with a focus on public entities, and will complete
her CEBS in 2009. Her article on Disaster Planning and Recovery
was recently published in the MTAW newsletter. Carol is actively
involved at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church and School in
Wauwatosa.

Jim Lintott is a Wauwatosa East High class of 1978 and
Ripon College class of 1982 alumnus. Jim began his career in the
insurance industry in 1984, initially in the life insurance
field. In 1985 he started working with his father, Art and
switched his insurance priority to property & casualty. 1989 saw
Jim take over permanently, then create and co-own a newly formed
agency with Dan Gaumond, Prosurance Group, Inc. Jim earned his
LUTCF designation in 1986. He is a meticulous underwriter and
provides a high level of personalized service to his clients.
His knowledge in the personal lines area of insurance is
exceptional. He attends the Independent Insurance Agent's
convention annually to further enhance his ability to teach and
properly inform and protect his clients and potential clients.
He also enjoys attending continuing education courses focused
specifically on errors and omissions, personal lines subjects
and those topics which can most benefit his clients. Some of
Jim's passions include Green Bay Packer football (which he is a
stockholder), golf, racquetball and soccer…as he played,
refereed and is a Nationally Licensed coach.

John Doucette began his insurance career in 1977,
following graduation from Marquette University. Working for such
reputable insurance companies as Milwaukee Insurance,
Metropolitan Life, Omaha Property & Casualty, Fidelity National
and Nationwide, John acquired extensive insurance experience.
While diverse, much of his experience involves sales and sales
management. In the Fall of 2005, he joined G2 Insurance Services
because of its commitment to excellent customer service and
automation capabilities. Additionally, of course, it was
determined that a Marquette perspective was needed to
counter-balance all the Notre Dame banter from Dan, and Tom!
John has coached youth basketball and enjoys the outdoors.

Andrea Salter began her
career in 2005 as an Independent Insurance Agent
with AFLAC. In 2007 she expanded her business
from Supplemental Lines to Major Medical and
Life Insurance. She works with both individuals
and businesses educating her clients while
guiding them to make the best decisions
regarding their Health and Life Insurance
Coverage. Andrea is involved in numerous marking
groups and is a License Holder for The Joy of
Connecting. It allows her to host a monthly
marketing event for professional women in the
Southeastern Wisconsin Area assisting them in
growing their businesses and support systems.
Andrea continues to expand her knowledge of the
Insurance Market through continuing education
classes to ensure quality service for our
clients.

Jim Veltman began his
insurance career in 1975 working for Wausau
Insurance Companies. He graduated from U.W Eau
Claire with a BA majoring in Economics and
Sociology. Jim first position was as an Employee
Benefit Consultant working in San Francisco. He
relocated to Milwaukee where he worked as a
direct writing agent for Wausau Insurance. Jim
specializes in commercial insurance with an
emphasis in Workers Compensation. Jim is
committed to providing customer driven service
and has helped his clients develop cost
effective insurance programs for over 35 years.
Jim and his wife reside in Racine and have two
children. Jims interest include travel, birding
and golf.
